30-Day Return Goods Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

How To Return An Item

  • Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return box. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

  • If you paid via credit card, your account will be credited back once the return has been received and inspected.  Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to show up on your account.  If you paid via check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive a refund check from Solara.

  • If you are returning an item that is defective or was shipped in error, we will issue you a prepaid return label to ship the product back to Solara. For all other returns, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense and may choose the shipping carrier of your choice.
