Frequently asked questions

I'm having trouble logging in.

Have you recently changed your email and have not updated it yet with Solara? All fields of data must match the records we have on file. Please contact our Customer Care team to update your information.

How long will I be logged in?

TRACE by Solara was designed with the highest level of security in-mind. After 30 minutes of inactivity, you will automatically be logged out.

Can I submit more than one order in the same day?

No, you may only submit one order per day. If you forget to add an item you can contact Customer Care or submit an additional order the following day.

If I submit an order online or via phone, will it show up in the TRACE app?

Yes, regardless of how you prefer to place an order, it will always show up in the TRACE app.

Can I pay my bill through the TRACE app?

Not at this time. You can pay your bill online at Solara.com under the existing patients tab.

What is the typical time and transit for a Solara shipment?

2-3 business days.

Can I contact Customer Care through the app?

Yes, tap on the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the app to initiate a phone call to customer care (available during regular business hours).
